I love tops that can work both as a shirt and a dress. It makes styling it so much easier, and you also get way more wear out of it. Putting on a sweater over this top and some over-the-knee boots would be super cute as well. You could also wear it with a heavy coat and booties. So many different ways to wear a top like this.
